We at Požgaj Group, together with all affiliated companies, respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy applies to all job candidates, our associates, customers, users and visitors of this web portal and representatives of our clients, and is based on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

Here you can find the type of personal data we collect, how we use the collected information, with whom we share it, and the rights and choices web portal users have about how we use data.   • citizenship and work permit status,

  • results of drug tests, convictions on criminal or misdemeanor convictions,
  • data on benefits,
  • tax information,
  • data on recommendations,
  • information contained in your CV, information you provide us about your professional interests and other information about your qualifications for employment.

Additionally, we may collect information that you provide us about other people, such as emergency contact information.

DATA THAT WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit our web portal, we may automatically collect certain data, such as IP address, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language settings, data about the use of our web portal and other statistical data about the web portal visit. We may link certain information that we have collected automatically with other information to find out, for example, whether you have opened an email that we have sent you.   • issuing invoices and processing payments,
  • sending promotional materials, information about available jobs and other communication about events, promotions, programs, competitions and labor market research,
  • responding to your inquiries,
  • protection and prevention of fraud and other illegal activities, requests of visitors and users of the web portal and third parties,
  • enforcement of legal obligations and requests to which we are obliged to respond, compliance with contractual obligations and our business rules.

In addition to the above activities, if you are an associate or a job candidate and have applied for a specific position, we can use the data we have collected in the following ways:

  • provide you with employment opportunities,
  • to provide you with services in the field of human resources, including the administration of employment incentives, salary management and disciplinary measures,
  • evaluate your suitability as a candidate for a specific position and perform data analysis, such as analysis of job candidates and analysis of the database of available associates, perform an assessment of individual performance and abilities, including assessment of work skills, determination of skill gaps, use data to connected individual job seekers or workers with specific jobs.

We may use the data we collect in other ways, which we will inform you about before we start collecting such data.

Additionally, we use third-party services on the web portal, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture. The providers of these services use technology to help us analyze how our web portal is used. The data collected by these third parties (including the IP address) may be made available to third parties, in order to, among other things, analyze the use of the Web portal.

INFORMATION WE SHARE

We do not share the personal data we have collected, except as described in this Privacy Policy or in separate notices related to individual activities. We can share your personal data with related companies, if you are a job candidate and they are interested in hiring people of your profile.

Additionally, we may disclose your personal data if we are required to do so by law or order: in accordance with the order of judicial authorities and when we believe that the disclosure of data is necessary to prevent damage or financial loss and in cases of fraud or illegal activities investigation.

We reserve the right to transfer collected data in case of transfer of business shares (including bankruptcy and liquidation of the company).

In accordance with the law, you can request access to your personal data or request that we correct, delete or block your personal data.

  • if this would require a disproportionate effort (in which case we will notify you by means of public notice or a similar equally effective measure).

Personal data breach means a security breach that leads to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access of personal data transmitted, stored and processed in connection with the provision of our services.
